Protecting Youth

We represent youth who have been abused, abandoned or neglected in Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, creating a pathway for work authorization and Lawful Permanent Residence.  We also help at-risk youth ages 18-21 to obtain a guardian in Minnesota juvenile courts – a prerequisite of the Special Immigrant Juvenile process.
